MediWork Feb '26 Release: Getting Work Done
This month’s release is focused on “Getting Work Done” in MediWork, with some significant new improvements focused on finding the episodes and appointments you need to process today, assigning work amongst team members, and improving confidence in the communications between your organisation and the people you provide Occupational Health care to.
What’s included in this release
This month’s release includes a new landing page (“My MediWork”), episode pools (so you can drag and drop to assign episodes to the right team member), improvements to direct episode assignments (including being able to “unassign” episodes when work has paused or stopped), and an overhaul of the Comms Evidence tab:
My MediWork (1m 20s)
A new landing page lets you quickly access the appointments, episodes, and other actions you need to complete today. You can also find a list of all “unassigned” work, when you’re ready to take on the next challenge.
Team Episode Assignment Pools (1m 4s)
Team leads and Managers can now drag and drop episodes between members of the organisation, quickly balancing work, or redistributing key activities when someone is away from work.
Episode Assignment Update (1m 11s)
When directly assigning an episode, you now have far greater control over choosing who is working on what, and when. You can also now “unassign” episodes when work pauses or stops, keeping governance and reporting accurate.
Comms Evidence and Re-sends (1m 7s)
The Comms page now shows you every communication, email, or SMS shared with a person receiving Occupational Health care – and you can now re-send or download those messages for evidence or business support purposes.
All the above updates and more are rolling out for every MediWork customer this month, and will be live by 16th February. They’re already live in your pre-production and test environments, and your entire team will be able to start using these exciting new features later this month.
